Print Sizes

If you would like a print at a specific size to suit your environment, email [email protected] to discuss your requirements. 

 

Delivery to a different country

Just email [email protected] if your country is not listed for delivery. We will be happy to set you up.

 

Commissions

If you would like a bespoke piece of art created just for you, email [email protected] to organise a call to discuss your thoughts and ideas.

 

Shipping 

For Domestic New Zealand delivery allow no more than 7 working days. For international delivery allow 8-12 working days. 

A tracking number is issued for each package and sent to the buyer when shipped. 

 

Damaged Print

We carefully hand package all our prints and send out in postal tubes to ensure they don’t get damaged.
If you have received a damaged print, simply send an email to [email protected] with a photo of the damaged print within 3 days of receiving the parcel and we will resend a print to you at no additional cost. No need to return anything. 



Cancelling An Order 

If you would like to cancel an order it must be before the shipping tracking number has been issued If not, send an email to [email protected] and we'll organise a full refund. No questions asked. 

A tracking number is issued so you will be able to track the parcel. Once issued, that means the parcel has been shipped and the sale is final.
